As Masikhule has an annual revenue of less than R10m, we qualify as exempted micro-enterprises (“EME”) and as a Level-one contributor (our beneficiaries are 100% Black women), have a B-BBEE recognition level of 135%. (Our affidavit is available on request). The full value of SED contributions can thus be counted for BEE purposes.
